The idea of ASSOCIATION OF ILOCOS SUR RIDERS 2nd DISTRICT was conceptualized in September of 2004. At first, the idea was to create a federation of motorcyclist in Ilocos Sur which was then the idea of “prince jr” who owns a motorcycle accessories shop in Candon City, Ilocos Sur. However, that idea was not made possible because later on some motorcycle groups launched the FEDERACION DELOS MOTORISTAS DE ILOCOS SUR. Days, months, years had passed, not until the idea came again and it was initially started last 2006 and it is called the 2nd DISTRICT ASSOCIATION OF MOTORCYCLIST IN ILOCOS SUR which was then composed of Tagudin Rider’s Club, Santa Cruz Riders Club, Santa Lucia Easy Rider’s Club & Candon City Rider’s club and Mr. Jordan Martinez from Candon City Ilocos Sur became the president of the association. However, dealing with different motorcycles groups is not easy to handle. Different ideas, views, talents, culture and behavior came along and that we decided to lay low for a while.
Today, the idea came into reality with different ideas, views, talents, culture and behavior we created an association that will promote camaraderie among its members, concerns for all the issues and services for all who are in need. We combined all these aspects of our personality to enhance the quality of our lives from simple individual to a creative person. We value each one of us not because we are in a group, rather its because we recognized the effort of each member. Now, we chnaged the name of our association, it’s already called ASSOCIATION OF ILOCOS SUR RIDERS 2nd DISTRICT which are composed of TAGUDIN MOTO CLUB, SANTA CRUZ ILOCOS SUR RIDER’S CLUB, STA.LUCIA EASY RIDER’S CLUB, INC., CANDON CITY RIDER’S CLUB, INC., SOLO RIDER’S CLUB – CANDON CHAPTER, NORTH ILOCANDIA RIDER’S ASSOCIATION & ENGINEUITY ILOCOS SUR and Mr. Alejandro C. Peralta Jr. from Santa Cruz, Ilocos Sur is the president of the association.
The ASSOCIATION OF ILOCOS SUR RIDER’S 2ND DISTRICT remains in the hearts of all the members forever and it will ensure the quality of discipline, cooperation, hard work, concern & service for all. We hope that our association will contribute something for our community…

hi jeza! tnx sa comment ha… marami din naman pictures mga bikers dito sa timpuyog diba? in fact nauna pa nga cla sa amin eh. mabait kc si mang llyod kaya nabigyan nya kami ng chance na ma-post sa timpuyog. try mo din dumaan minsan sa tambayan namin to know us better, kc negative yata ang tingin sa amin ng ibang tao…. im glad may isang member ng bikers ang nagcomment ng maganda sa amin and because of that I salute you my friend… hey guys, what are you waiting for? gayahin nyo si jeza! its nice to appreciate someone who is capable of doing good things to others.

sa mga members ng SANTA CRUZ ILOCOS SUR RIDERS CLUB, INC. congratulations at natapos natin ang isang buwan na duty natin as volunteer traffic enforcers. may mga pagkukulang man tayo sa duty natin pero nakaya din natin and I hope na next month ay pagbubutihin pa natin at double ang effort sa pagtraffic. alalahanin natin na ginagawa natin ito hindi para sa ating mga pansariling interest kundi para sa ikabubuti ng pangkalahatan. sa mga kapwa kong members ng SANTA CRUZ RIDERS mabuhay tayong lahat! to john vincent ching! tnx sa prayers mo bro! i hope na hindi ka makakalimot at always participate sa mga activities ng group! sa lahat ng mga pinagdaanan natin, at least nakatayo pa rin tayo at tumutulong sa mga nangangailangan ng walang hinihintay na kapalit. hindi natin alam ang bukas kaya always ready sana tayo.
ang tao ay nabubuhay hindi lang sa kung anong lakas meron sya, nabubuhay din sya sa kahinahang bumabalot sa pagkatao nito. dahil sa kahinahang ito, sa pagdaan ng panahon at unti unti nya itong nilalabanan kaya nagiging matatag sya sa mga hamon ng buhay. sa mga taong nawawalan ng pagasa sa buhay magtiwala lang kayo sa inyong kakayanan at lagi sana kayong tumawag sa maykapal….
